    We successfully delivered 3 units 150Hp Air-cooled screw type chiller in Saudi Arabia.

    Customer need industrial water chiller to supply chilled water to multiple injection molding machines in the factory. After we checked the cooling capacity requirements, we choose 3 units air-cooled screw type chiller. Due to space constraints, our customers chose to install them on the roof.

    So, what are the configurations of these 3 units water chiller?

• 1.Our chillers need to go through more high temperature test.We chose the R134a refrigerant, at the same time increasing the size of condenser, ensuring that the cooling capacity minimally degrades under high-temperature conditions.

• 2.Taking into account the local environment.Our Finned cupper tube type condenser is equipped with a special anti-corrosion coating, ensuring that it will not leak due to sand and wind.

• 3.Redundant design, intelligent control of the running time of each compressors, ensure that each compressor operates for approximately time, balance the load of each compressor, and ensure basic running in case of emergencies.

• 4.Comprehensive remote monitoring and control functions for daily inspections and maintenance.
